I am registered but can only log in as a guest

When I want to chat I always get this message! I cannot register as an existing member!

Can this get a solution ?

The site developer might need a week or more to work on the problem.

In the meantime, I recommend you try all the things that sometimes help resolve issues on your end.

I'm sure you have probably already tried these things but if there's something here you haven't there's nothing lost in trying and seeing if it helps.

Log out completely.
clear all of your caches.
Shutdown and restart your device.
Test a different network, mobile or landline
if you're using a router, reset the router
Reset your WIFI
Unplug your internet and plug it in again
Try a different web browser

Sometimes various users experience problems logging in and sometimes one or two or all of these things help resolve those problems. Believe me I know how outrageously frustrating it is.
The issue has also been reported to the developer and I'm sure they will get to it as they have time.

I can log in to the forum with my account name, but when I switch from the forum to the 'Chat', it does not work with my account name, only as a 'guest' !
