how long before these site issues are fixed?

as many people have been reporting/complaining recently, the performance of the chat site is deteriorating rapidly, meesages not sent instead going to pending, constant disconnections with message numbers 1006 and 3409. The length of time this has been occurring is beyond a joke.

The issue appears to only be with chatters that have EE/BT as their internet provider.

So what does that mean ? Can it be fixed ? Or change ip ?
