Looking for genuine help . The wife and I have a OK sex life . But I struggle with lasting always have . I'm cut and as long as I can remember my tip has always been super sensitive! So when we do have sex I struggle too last long . I've tried a few things and don't make a difference. Like gells and the 20 stroke and stop thing . But This is why always I make sure my wife is satisfied orally or toys etc before we fuck . She's OK with it but i really would love too pound her for while . The most I've managed is 20 mins . Also if hold it off for too much i then go soft any advice is appreciated .thanks
