Fantasy survey

Hello everyone

I am a university student doing sleep studies and and taking it to an adult level about fantasies, I will be doing a 3 part study which will get more graphic progressively. but for now I have part one and would love anyone to take part and give me feed back if poss.?
Would really be grateful.

I will try and sort a gift voucher draw for anyone doing all three parts as we progress.

Lol not sure how to get that started lol writing a survey was a lot simpler
