Conversation with more than 2 members

Hi, I've asked this question in a different thread, but thought maybe it would get a better response if I used a more descriptive title. I'm trying to set up a 3-way conversation, how do I invite a third person? I've set it up with permission to invite others, but no invite button is obvious.
