Cannot Access Chat

Have access to rest of site, but when accessing chat my profile fails the capchka verification, despite me using same (correct) credentials each time?
Please could an admin look at it for me?

maybe try clearing your cache before doing the Captcha...(in settings for your web browser

Thanks Firefly, I did clear cookies and the cache before reporting it, but have done it again now- success, I’m in!
