Can’t find my ticket

I am on the train to London and I have just sat minding my own business listening to my music when you come along asking people for tickets you get to me and say young lady have you got your ticket?. Of course I have I say as I start looking through my bag but I can’t find it. “Oh god where is it” you hear me say as I’m going through my bag.
