Got this message about repeated ban evasion. I have never been banned, let alone repeatedly. Please fix.

I am also getting this message when I try to log in using mobile data on Vodafone network. I can't access chat on mobile data, but can access chat when I connect through WiFi network.

Can you help?

Only difference is tesco for phone and takkmobile for iPad.
Wifi constantly disconnects for both, the BT issue
