Banned for posting an innocuous link

The terms I signed up to when entering chat refer to not being allowed to link:

1. Do not request, post, upload, or link to any content that is illegal in the United States or in your own country.
2. Do not request, post, upload, or link to any content that depicts minors, regardless of the context.

I post a link to a site referring to details on how to quit an unpaid internship. Care to explain how that is in breach of the terms above that I agreed to? Unless you can do so I recommend that the chat robot is told not to ban links but refer them to someone competent.
