Adding people to a conversation

Anyone know how to do this .. the option to invite other people is there just doesn’t seem to work

In a conversation at the bottom of the page it has two tick boxes one is to allow others to invite people to the conversation

This was a function that available previously before change in format on forum. As far as I’m aware it’s been unavailable ever since but maybe @elwoodbluz1966 may be able to tell us different
