Account not activated

Hi can anyone help, I have registered m, answered email link. I can use forums and everything except chat when I try it comes up not activated. What do I need to do

I get the same. I've registered, authenticated the email link for the new account but in chat it says I'm not authenticated.

If you received a new account confirmation e-mail, you need to click on the link in that e-mail to activate your account
