10 year anniversary coming up

So the wife and I were chatting the other day about our anniversary coming up. Long story short, she would love to act out her fantasy of being with another woman for her 1st experience, the big shock was, she wants it all, oral, strap on and im only allowed to watch.
How do you even go about trying to set this up. She wants the person to be lesbian or bisexual and must have previous experience.
