banned by mistake?

Hey I tried to log on to chat and it came up saying I have been banned as I have been flagged as a spammer/sammer or using a vpn and I dont understand what the ban is for as I dont spam, am not a scammer or use a vpn

Hi everyone, i was banned for posting my face pic too many times but i didn't realise i wan't allowed. can anyone help or know how i can get unbanned? thank you very much in advance!

I think that I've been wrongly banned, not sure what that message means.
