I'm from South Linc, not the US - Can't work out why the Chat thinks I am LOL!

My profile location is set to United Kingdom and this shows on my profile but in the chat popup my location is showing as US. I'm not using a VPN - you can't with UKChat!) and my IP address is geolocated in London UK - how do I change the fact that it's showing US?
