    I can login but can only chat as a guest!

    I have an issue on both my android phone and my Apple iPad and I am able to chat as a guest and log in as a member. Whenever I try and chat when logged in I receive the banner “500 Internal Server Error” and I cannot access any of the chat rooms.

    I cannot log on and chat using my account and can only chat as a guest both on my iPad and my Android phone. I can see I am not the only member who has a problem therefore I can only assume that the site can't be bothered to sort out whatever the problem is.
