I guess its a checkmate for BT/EE chat users. Both sides say its not our issue and not one person has actually manage to post exactly what the issue is, to help others resolve. :-(

Seems to be mixed responses from EE/BT. A lot of us have been told they can not see an issue.
Hopefully would be great if someone could confirm that they spoke to provider, they admit that they found something and now the member has no issues. Also if they can confirm exactly what the issue is...
