Are you using a VPN or private mode?

Are you using Apple devices? If so there's another thread on how to post pictures with Apple devices, it can also happen when you have your security settings too high.

I'm not an apple expert, I've never even used an iPhone but the sites always been very hit and miss with them. I'm on firefox and windows 10 and get no problems posting pics, are you sure they're not too big for the site?

If you could leave us a message telling us what equipment you're using and the browser you're using that would be great.
