I connect then 30 seconds get disconnected

I sign in then about 30 seconds I get disconnected

^^^ such BS as EE hotspot works but not wifi router - the problem is definitely with the site, you just have no idea what it is or how to solve it.

I think it volume of people certain times I am fine then after a while I just keep disconnecting find late on a night or early morning I am fine

As an Admin I am not an employee, I, as do all other Admin and Moderators, do our roles as volunteers. You have been given the information which was given to us by the site developer. And if not an EE/BT issue, why did they admit to some members who contacted them that it was ? We, as voluntary staff can do nothing more than we have already done.
