I was logged in to lesbian chat ,then it just started saying I'm banned and men aren't allowed.doesnt make sense .my husband has an account on here and do use the same device,wonder if that's the issue

I was logged into lesbian chat then all of a sudden it said I was blocked as it said I was a man .it doesn't make sense ,please help me out
