    Still can't get chat to work using wifi on EE, I did manage to fix my chat by using an ethernet cable and chat is now working perfectly, just in case this helps someone else..

    Update.. I am now able to connect if I hotspot from my phone to my mac using mobile data, wifi seems to be the problem for me.

    iphone 16 pro and a mac mini, tried safari, chrome and firefox. EE Broadband. Been happening to me for the last two days.
