I reckon the data sells itself John. Don't know about other watches but the vantage was the first to have green laser pulse light which is so much better at counting heart rate. Really happy with it.

My Garmin is 3 ish years old, so definitely time to upgrade. That’s my evening sorted as the missus is out!

Yeah agree with that mate. Did stop doing heavy duty workouts for a long time but just started getting back into it with a much more scientific eye... Better to know what you're doing rather than let data rule your life

Thanks @Koala it's pretty normal for me and I still have a ways to go to rid the rest of my beer belly. I have a disabled wife and kid + a dog who needs 3 walks a day. Trying to juggle all of them with the housework and weight training is..... Interesting and at times almost passing out tiring lol... But that's my choice - I'd rather be fit than the other way
