Bit of long and personal post but here goes.. if you are kind enough to follow me or just seen and noted my posts, then it's quite obvious to you that, occasionally I have a 'wobble'. I've suffered from severe depression all my life. Been under the shrink twice and hospitalised once after, well, doing something silly. I have psychosis too (hearing voices) although no one seems to want help with that. I just get bounced around until I say "you know what I'm fine" and give up, smile and get on with it like I always do. Like many of us do.
So I just wanted to say to all of those who suffer with mental health, no matter how slight or severe it is that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. believe me i know it feels like you are sometimes but you are not. Life sucks sometimes, people suck sometimes, work sucks sometimes but you are never alone. Put on that smile as best you can and hold yourself tall and honestly its fine just to say I'm not OK sometimes. We're all here and we all support each other, we understand and we care. But most importantly you've got this.

I'm going to hide now as it's hard for me to open up lol ... *hugs* all round.
Hey from those of us lucky enough not to suffer with MHI, we should all be understanding and help if we can.

Im sure there are others better placed than me to assist, but happy to lend an ear if it would help.

I hope you, and any others suffering right now, manage to enjoy xmas. and the new year.
