recently found myself attracted to my boss, 40 something women with a great runners body. Not sure what to do, I found out she has dated women before.

Just be friendly and show interest in her activities..ask about where she goes jogging and that your thinking of starting and need some advice...buildup the conversations over a while and then you have a great chance of catching her curious side...good luck xxx
