Ignore list not visible

Hi
I think I have blocked someone by mistake.
How do I unblock someone?

I looked at the ignore list but the page is blank
I know people are still blocked from when I blocked them days ago because I often see one sided conversations and they mention someone that I blocked

I have uninstalled chrome up dates to see if that helps. This has also taken off the feature which has my name and password saved ready to log in
I will let people know if this works, but if anyone can help me to unblock someone, please let me know as I really want to chat to this person
