I have AVG security to my phone and laptop, yet even with the vpn turned off, I keep getting disconnected

I have AVG security to my phone and laptop, yet even with the vpn turned off, I keep getting disconnected

was using google chrome, tried microsoft edge and still having issues

It seems to be an ongoing problem for many users. Admin have posted global announcements in chat that they are aware of and working on the problem. Hopefully it will be resolved peacefully.
