Remember that song anyone ? Is it all just chemicals, something we can control - switch on and off - choose to be, become - or not ?
Regardless of the emotion I am one of those lunatics - you know, still - but calls to some ineffable depth within that can never be fully remembered - let alone experienced or satiated. Still waters, they say, run deep. Too deep at times. Feeling - too deeply. By yourself but some long, long, long lost memory seems to speak - cry out to that hole in the soul.
Sorrow - for some thing and at times it seems all things. The unmet need we all possess. How to understand this sorrow - its fathomless source - a some thing, or some one who might salve its bitterness, even though in very rare and brief moments it may bring greater light and peace - sweetness.
'Have a good cry, wash out your heart..... if you keep it inside it will tear you apart.....'
