I don’t suppose you have any idea of the email address for that site?

Just found the American site. Go to freechatnow.com, enter your uk username and password, and there’s a delete button on your profile. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know if there’s another way to delete our accounts please? Trying to do it through the USA site doesn’t work, and I’ve had no response from a moderator. Thanks.

im trying to get rid of my account as well but apparently the admin team cant do anything about it

At present you can't delete your account.

If you wish to have your account deleted, please post here on this thread and either myself or @Miss_Understanding will delete the account when we see the post here. The moderators can't delete accounts.

Please remember we are all volunteers, so it may not be deleted immediately after you have requested it.
